We can only accept returns for items that were damaged in transport or not functioning as described.

Please note that since these are unique creations, they cannot be replaced, only returned.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the receiving date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
After confirmation by mail of return approval, place the item securely in its original packaging and add a note describing the issues found regarding the item, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow up to 30 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
